The core objective of this service assignment is to develop comprehensive quality management system aligned with the business vision and objectives to help improve service delivery and quality. QA system enables organizations in achieving the following objectives:

• Develop Quality Master plan in line with the business strategic objectives
• Provide a comprehensive Quality Management framework to increase the effectiveness of organization in providing services to its customers
• Develop QA department structure, objectives, roles and responsibilities.
• Develop roadmap for implementing Quality Assurance principles and introducing quality checks in key processes and activities which affecting quality of services and customer satisfaction.
• Develop process mapping and inter-relationship within the processes.
• Establish process wise Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for monitoring the effectiveness of the deliverables.
• Improve the quality of service delivery; improve customer satisfaction by effective implementation of QA policies and procedures.
• Identify and setup the suitable plan to adopt the foundation, standards and good practices of Quality management system
